The Worst Type of Time-Waster

So yesterday evening, when I was supposed to be working on that bleeping Nemeth course, I read a book. Okay, not the best use of my time, but I think I could be excused. So did I pick a book with a happy ending? a sad ending? A good ending? A bad ending? No, I did not. I picked a book with no ending. Brucie, you're a genius.

The book is Sunset at Blandings by P.G. Wodehouse. Wodehouse died before the book was completed. I was a bit hesitant to read this book, just as I am still hesitant to read Douglas Adams's unfinished work. I'll be getting to the ending (or lack thereof) of this book soon, and I'll be sure to regret it.

So what does the day hold? Proofreading in the morning, the recording studio in the afternoon, a break from 4:00 to 6:30 Central, then about three hours of action-packed, fun-filled Nemeth course crap, and I'll be home around 10:00 PM Central.

Those Rare Opportunities in Life

I just had the opportunity to say the word "recalcitrant" into a microphone. How many times do people get such an opportunity?

P.S., Thanks for calling, Allison!

Carrots

They say carrots are good for the eyes. Let's see if my prosthetic eyes can see after I devour this bowl of baby carrots. Thank you for reading this utterly pointless post.
