Not that I intend to, but if someone were to sue a country's supreme
court, where would the case be heard?

There is at least one international court/tribunal. I think it depends largely on what you're suing them for. But, I mean, if there are international police (we call it interpol)...

Yes, but ... hmmm, everytime I think of Interpol I think of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego on my Apple 2E in the eighties.
