Oh, chips of all kinds are my downfall, be they potato or other. Unfortunately most of them are strictly taboo when you go low-carb. But some flavors I have had in the realms of potatodom are Cajun, Jalapeno, guacamole, wasabi, Thai-style seasonings, Seshuan-style seasonings, pizza, and probably a few more I haven't even mentioned. Now if I want my snack crunchies, I can have pork rinds, which either are very low in carbs or have no carbs at all, and by poking around on the net I've found places that offer them in several flavors outside of the usual plain salted variety.
