Where Did it Go?

I woke up this morning feeling energized, and feeling an optimism I haven't felt in weeks, maybe even months. I was so excited about facing the word, because it seemed so ... faceable. It's all evaporated, and I don't know why. I'm tired, not sleepy but tired, and I just want to go home and hide. It's as if this morning didn't happen.
