The Fabulous Fifties Comes to Mushroom FM

The 1950’s was really a very diverse decade. We were witnessing the end of the big band era, popularity of crooners such as Perry Como, country music, and of course, we can’t forget the birth of rock and roll. In addition, there was so much great comedy in the 1950’s as well. It really was a convergence of musical genres that we’ve never seen before and may never see again. That’s why I’m so excited to present this show to you. I’m no expert on the fifties, but I am a fan, so I hope you’ll join me as we discover more about this decade together.
