All the freaking time... why do kids do that? I got so freaking sick of it. Friend x calls me on the phone. "OMG did you see what friend Y did?" "Oh sure, and hello friend y" I mean come on!

There is definitely a down side to "best friends". It just hurts someone who values you as a friend to think maybe you don't value them the same way.
