Yes, I have heard rants on the waiting business before and I think the author actually calculated how much time the average person spends waiting in their lifetime -- a phenomenal amount! We assume, however, that, while you're waiting, you have something more exciting to fill your time with than thumbitis twiddle-ichtheous!
