Good News Re. the Accessible Channel

I just heard back from Bell ExpressVu. It would be in bad form to quote
the e-mail, but what I am told, in essence, is that while they are
required to carry the new Accessible Channel, it should in no way affect
the existing Described Video services which Bell ExpressVu is currently
offering. In fact, he only sees more DV channels coming online. This is
good. While I still flatly oppose the Accessible Channel, at least North
America's best DV-delivery method is not currently in jeopardy.
