Which is more dangerous: guns or the people who ban them? By gun I refer to either bullet, water, staple, nail, stun or glue.

People who ban guns are more dangerous than the guns themselves mainly because the guns have safeties, so they are managable. People who ban funs fire off their ideas and vitreal whenever they please and there is no way to put a "safety" on them at all: not that I would, since that would be sensorship, but you get the idea.)
