Yesterday I asked you which stereotypes annoy you the most. Now it's time to look at yourself. I think if we're truly honest with ourselves, we have to admit that we've been guilty of perpetuating stereotypes in our lives too. Which stereotype have you personally been guilty of perpetuating?

A lot of artists/designers reek of pretension and I admit, I've been there myself. Which is hard for me to admit because that's a quality I can't stand in others.

As much as I hate it, I have fallen prey to many cultural stereotypes in the past few years and I will give the excuse that it is because of where I live. Honestly though, I am learning that there are reasons for stereotypes. Although not all persons in a cultural group may act a certain way, I am finding that a large percentage seem to follow the stereotype. So, I guess I am guilty of perpetuating several stereotypes having to do with culture, but, the people that live around me and are from these different culture groups do nothing to dispell the stereotypes...
