I think my all-time favorite way to eat potatoes is mashed. Lately though I've had this absolutely overwhelming urge for nice fat fries. with lots of salt. Wedges would be extremely wonderful at the moment. Oh yeah, and then there are those baby red potatoes in garlic and butter ... Okay, now you've done it!!! *HUGS*
