But I've been thinking and researching insomnia for years now, and I have come up with a why to scientifically, systematically, and once-and-for-all help you spend two minutes or so of your time, This time is nonrefundable, I'm afraid.

Bruce, you have a strange mind. Where do you come up with this stuff?
Now I got a couple of objections. You did not! use reading a book as one of the "cures for insomnia" in your poll, and I use that all the time. Also, you did not include yourself, (I do not think anyway), on the who to call for a good time answer. So my answer for that question is to call Bruce. You are a riot and a half!
Now who do these numbers belong to, or do I really want to know?

I agree completely about the book thing! And when you're deaf, using relay, calling anyone is a pain in the ass and doesn't ever equal good anything, not ever. For a good time, I think I'll read a book.

I've had good books keep me up at night, but unless it's one of the Douglas Adams books, which I've read dozens of times, a really good book rarely puts me to sleep.
