Perhaps that workspace could be used for storing Cases of Coke. By the sound of it, one would never have to worry about getting a cold one there.
Of course, that idea would likely fizzle, or should I say sizzle, come summer because the conditions contributing to the coldness would be long gone. And, as everyone knows, Coke is best cold. Well, don't fret. The days of sweaters and parkas will eventually be a thing of the past. Lets hope so anyway.
